Lee,

Thanks for the info on the Garrett County Site. I was able
to access the site via your suggestion, but could not add it
to my "favorites" because it came up on my screen via
"Netscape" and I have "Internet Explorer". I will save your
email and just click on the link when I want to access the
Site.
