Something doesn't add up here, if this is the right marriage.

WV, on May 12, 1875"

(She would have been born 1854; he in 1851)

Note "M. J." Sollars in the marriage record; as well as the difference in the
year of birth.

Everyone in Garrett County is a cousin to everyone else, I think. While marriages
between first cousins aren't too common, you do find them now and then.
