Lois,
The numbers in the index refer to the pages in the book. If you go to
the bottom
of the index page there is a small box to enter the page number
into--then click to
find your name on that page. I just found the book so haven't tried to
get other
holdings they may have. Hope this isn't a teaser for a pay library.
