Hi there,
The following list is a transcript of all engraved headstones for those
buried in the Goshen (aka Sines) Cemetery, Banks District, Upshur County,
West Virginia, as of October, 2002.
There are a number of people buried here that descend from folks out of
Garrett Co.(such as the FRIENDs & SINES) who settled in Upshur Co. WV during
the 1800s.
This list was compiled from photographs of individual engraved headstones
and thus does not contain the names of anyone who may be buried here in an
"unmarked grave" or a grave marked with plain rough stone.
If anyone can provide any additional parental information on any of the
individuals listed, or someone buried here without an engraved stone, please
