Pat, Please thank Art Grady. I will forward this to my computer and
download it. I am not directly descended from W. Scott Garner, but am
related. Thank you for your help. I have been
wanting to contact you about the September board meeting. I hope you can
be there, as I did not have it on my calendar and have out-of-town
guests coming that weekend. I have picked up a valuable spearhead from
the collection and hope to identify any other items of sufficient value
to return to the board so they can make a group decision on what to do
with such items. We could display them, sell them on EBay or loan them
out to the Smithsonian to get our name known in more quarters. I don't
think the majority of the items need to be removed from the shop (she
still has not put them up for sale, as she is waiting for better
guidance) and we can get some funds for new curtains, etc. However,
anything of true historical significance or ceremonial value will not be
sold. Hopefully, Don will not be upset if I have creditable evidence for
bringing them back to the board. Since I will not be at the meeting, I
am hoping someone will see that a discussion is held and not an
arbitrary decision made. Please let me know when you will be returnig to
Frederick Co. This is a private discussion and I would like to talk to
you in person before info is shared on the internet. I
hope you are having a great summer. Delores
