Don Kifer. Some of those Lowdermilk's moved here to Buchanan County, MO
around 1866, I think. That's when my families, the Garrahan's and the
Riley's and some of the Kelley's moved here from around Selbysport. I
really don't know anything about them, but not far from here there is a
little country road and it's name is Lowdermilk. The Lowdermilk family has
lived on this road for many, many years. You might look on the 1870 census,
MO-Buchanan Cty.- Platte township.
