Art,

I am going to make a guess here - but could your SW's granddaughter be
Rebecca Elva or Elva Rebecca - daughter of Stephen W. Friend and Mary Martha
DeWitt? She is the only granddaughter with the name of Rebecca that I have
listed for him. Elva is listed in the Garrett Co. Graves book as being born
in 1886 and dying in 1941 and is buried at Hoyes Run Cemetery.

This only a guess.
