I have Rosie Smith b. Dec. 1, 1919.

Daughter of Philip Mechoir Smith, Jr., 08/12/1868 - 11/09/1943
and Ella L. Bowser, b. 02/21/1883.

Rosie and her mother Ella gave much of the information regarding
the family of Ella's father, Peter Bowser, m. Jane McCrobie; which
was used in the Poorbaugh family history.

I may have a connection to Rosie Smith two ways; one of course
through the Bowsers, the other through the Moons. My grandmother
Bowser was a Garrett County Moon.

According to the Poorbaugh book, Rosie Smith married in 1952, Robert
Moon b. May 18, 1910.

I haven't been able to connect Robert Moon to any of the Moon families
I have information on. There were Moons not related to the Garret County
Moons across the line in PA as well. Does anyone know who Robert
Moon's father may have been?
