MRS. CECELIA A. WINEBRENNER, 71, died last night at her home, 29 Mechanic
Street, Frostburg, following an illness of six months.
Born in Garrett County, she was a daughter of the late John and Sarah
(McKENZIE) Winebrenner. Twice married, she was preceded in death by each
husband, William A. TROUTMAN and Roy R. WINEBRENNER.
Surviving are a son, John E. Troutman, Frostburg; three daughters, Mrs. Mary
SNYDER, Newcornerstown, Ohio, and Mrs. Frances WINEBRENNER and Mrs. Goldie
STEELE, both of Frostburg; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Flossie LEONARD, Mt. Savage;
a brother, LLoyd WINEBRENNER, Borden; a sister, Mrs. Thomas AUSTIN,
Meyersdale, PA, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today
from 7 to 9 pm and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
