You appear to have worked the Fitzwater family fairly thoroughly.
There appears to have been only one family of Fitzwater that came
into Randolph Co., VA and had a few descendants that lived near
Meadowville, Barbour County subsequently. Do you know if this
Randolph line is connected with your Fitzwaters?
Also, there was a small clan of Loar/Lohr/Lower that lived in
"the Coves" of Barbour County during the peior following about
1825. Do you have any knowledge of this Jacob Lower family?
Were the Lowers of the Parkersburg (Wood county) area
related to the western Maryland Lowers?
There was also a Simon Walters, buried in the Mt. Morris Church
yard of the same area, who was connected with a Lower (wife or
daughter-in-law) that I've been unable to connect.
