Hi Crystal,

My relatives are the Wiseman family as shown at the
bottom of the census page at:

At the bottom of the family is listed Katie Paten -
adopted. I have not been able to trace who her family
was. Is your census info below from 1880 Garrett
County and did anything happen (deaths in family) that
could have made the 13 year old Catherine Patten be
double enumerated as an adopted member of another
family?

What district and page is your information from?
