To obtain a will you need to contact the local courthouse.
In Garrett County that's at:

Garrett County Orphans Court
Room 103
313 East Alder St.
Oakland, MD 21550

Give name of deceased and date of death and how you're connected.
Also send at least $1.00 for costs. If they want more they'll let you know,
maybe with a letter attached to the will you're requesting.
