I have in all my notes that Eli Died in Garrett Co. and Sarah died in
Allegany Co, but no grave information. As I think I said once before there is a
Sarah Ravenscroft buried in Philos Cemetery in Westernport, Md---the year is
right, but I have no idea if that is she. Always fun to get so far and no
farther
I have hunting like crazy for the past few days to Find all the material I
have on the Ravenscrofts, but just today discovered that I have them already
in my books, but put them in after the Percy's and didn't put in a divider
between! Big help! Finally, I think I have them where they belong. Since all
my famililies are from the Georges Creek area, I have trouble keeping them
apart. I think just about everyone married their cousins.
Do you have a last name? I have added the information about you and Jesse
and Stephen, but would like to say who you are. I think I told you I am
Maxine Dayton Barker.
Do you have any more questions? I will try to find my notes on Philos
cemetery and see if it add anything to the Sarah buried there, but I doubt it will
. I have family buried all over the place. My father's mother is buried in
the Dayton Cemetery in Allegany Co., but my father's father is buried in
W.;Va. where his second wife buried him and placed herself between grandpa and
her former husband. That didn't set too well with my father at the time, but
that's life!
