Does anybody have any information on who was the midwife in Garrett County during the years of 1947-1951. I am searching for information regarding my sisters Betty Ann Kuhn and Joy Lee Kuhn. They were born by a midwife in Vindex Maryland. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
