Thanks Keela,
Obviously I am looking at a different Ashford. I have Walt Warnick's book
and that was where I found my information. There is always the chance I
misread something so I thought I would double check.
This is the line I worked with:
1 Joseph Warnickb: Bef. 1756
..+Sarah ?
........2 Samuel Warnickb: Abt. 1789
............+Keziah Rossb: 1785
..................3 John Warnickb: Abt. 1810
......................+Mary M. Broadwaterb: Jan 1810
............................4 Ashford Warnickb: 17 Aug 1838
.......................................5Arthur C. Warnick
1886

Pat,
My information is coming from "Warnick Families of Western Maryland" by
Walter L. Warnick, 1995. Ashford is listed as being born 2/12/1827 to
Joseph and Elizabeth (Fazenbaker) Warnick. According to this book, Ashford
marriaged Catherine Jane BARNES around 2/2/1854. He died 5/23/1921 in
Scottdale, PA.
Children include Francis, Rebecca, Delphia, Henry, William, Zedick, Katie,
and Edward.
Hope that helps...

Just curious, but are we talking about Ashford Warnick 1838-1918 who married
Lantha "Maggie" Michael? I list his parents as John Warnick and Mary
Broadwater; showing they are both buried at the Broadwater Cemetery,
Fairview Church Rd.
Ashford and Maggie are buried there also.
Ashford was 2nd great grandfather to my children. If I have an error I would
like to correct it.
Thanks, Pat (Friend) Thompson

Ken,
"Warnick Families" by W. L. Warnick has a listing for Joseph WARNICK married
Elizabeth FAZENBAKER with children Ashford, Joseph, Silas, Emily, Mary, and
Jane. There is a brief write-up about the son Joseph.
Would you like copies? The only charge is $.20 per page plus the cost of
postage.
The book states that Joseph, "Blind Joe" Warnick, Jr. died in Barton at the
age of 72. He was buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery at Moscow. He never
married.

Please, can someone assist me with information pertaining to Joseph WARNICK,
b. c. 1839, son of Joseph WARNICK and Elizabeth FAZENBAKER, younger brother
of Jane, Mary, Emily, Ashford and Silas.
I am looking for when and where he died, where he is buried. Any
information about Joseph would be a tremendous help and very appreciated.
I would be most grateful for any help offered.
Thank you.
Ken
