Hello everyone, I am new to this list for Garrett County. Looking for
directions for Orendorf Cemetery, Bittinger, Md, Is it near MD 495-Bittinger Road.
Looking for grave of John C Beachy and Susan Bowser-Beachy. He was listed in
the Selected Garrett Co., Cemeteries (Burials with birth before 1900) list.
He was my great-great grandfather. Marion

Hello Marion: To get to Orendorf Cemetery: If you are standing in the doorway of Buckel's store, go straight across (across 495) toward the Bittinger Fire Department; the cemetery is in the field to your left, sort of down over the bank or hill; you cannot see it from the main road, and may not be able to see it from the road to the fire department. Ask at Buckel's store or anyone along that road.
