Hi Phil

Sounds like you're having some real problems there & I know how frustrating
this can be.
Is this with Rootsweb or the US Gen Web ? I use both a lot but haven't
encountered any difficulties so far.
Could you post a little more about this, so the rest of us can maybe avoid
the areas that are problematical.
That would be real helpful.
Could you maybe post your website too ? That way, you won't be completely cut
adrift from the good folks on this list.
