Hi Group

Please get me straight on the following:

When I click on an incoming digest the message usually comes up, but often I
get a "save attachment window" Sometimes its highlighted and sometimes
not. Often I have to repeat the routine several times before the message
comes up.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is something wrong with the computer?
Or is this the nature of the beast.
