My father resided and died (1969) in Baltimore City.
I found record of his death (microfilm numbers)
at the Maryland Archives (on line beginning at
http://www.mdarchives.state.md.us/
and obtained a photocopy of his death certificate
at the Archives in Annapolis. (free.) I believe that I could have
requested a copy from the Archives via email
for a fee of $10.
