Debbie, I looked through Anne Arundel Gentry by Harry Wright Newman Vol. 2
and there is no Clement listed nor a Sarah McNamara. The Water families in his
book are mostly from Maryland. Starts with Samuel Waters about 1674 and his
descendants.
What are the names of your Fowler people?
