Please. Need help from an "early"/Colonial Days hep Maryland historian. At the start of the 1700's, a man, with family, petitions the local County "governing body" for help with a debt, and at same time asks to be allowed to return to England. Why is he in debt, why does he ask the governing body for relief for debt, why does he have to ask them for right to return to England, and why is he in this position TO this governing body??????????????????????????
