MD State Archives is where birth records (if they exist) for those dates are housed: http://www.msa.md.gov/msa/refserv/html/birthhis.html#county

It's not going to be easy to find records for that time frame, compiance with the law(s) to register births wasn't fully adhered to. Church records might exist and may also be at MSA.

Hi, wonder if courthouse or library might have birth records for Jesse Lee
Barker b.10 Dec.1889 and Cecelia Jane Rachel Barker 20 Nov.1892 , only have
census "Maryland" for their birth so
haven't had much luck with the BVS. Thanks and let me know if anyone knows
where the use
of 3 given names started, Cecelia is only child of 7 with the 3.  Thanks
