Raelene,

Using the online SSDI, I found nothing on a Jean Bennett in MD, so if
she stayed put, she may still be alive. I tried to find her in an
online search in Hyattsville, but no James, Jean or Frances Bennett were
amoung the 40 Bennetts listed.

SSDI listing for the only James Bennett with a Hyattsville connection:

Applied in North Carolina

His obit should be in the Washington Post.
