While visiting the Maryland Historical Society recently, I was able to locate a microfilm #P.G. 1 of Prince George's County, Maryland, St. John's Parish Register & Vestry Proceedings 1701-1805 as transcribed in the 1890s from the original records. It is not clear if like names were lumped together, or if the proceedings were copied, word for word, in order of original entry. MY QUESTION: Do any of you know if the original records exist, and if so, where can they be found? My interest is in the following names which appear in that transcription: Debrah / Deborah Mors / Morse, Obediah Mors / Morse, Hannah Mors / Morse, and lastly Ebenezar / Ebenezer Mors /Morse who married Sarah Fox "according to the form of the Church of England" on 28 April 1735. Thanks in advance for any advice that can be given about the original records. Debbie McArdle
