Hello,
I have a copy of a land deed for my great grandparents, Thomas J. and Anna R. Mattingly who lived in Oxon Hill, MD, PG County.

It appears as if a John martin was Trustee for what looks like a John "Borrin" and wife Anna S. Borrin, his wife. It could be "Rorrin" but I'm believing the first letter appears to be an "R."

Is anyone familiar with this surname as I'm trying to determine the location of this property?
