We (MD Tombstone Transcription Project) have a partial
listing at
http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/md/pgeorge/tsimages/ftlinc/lincoln.html
-- Internment.net has another partial listing
http://www.interment.net/data/us/md/princegeorge/fort_lincoln.htm
Find-A-Grave has a larger partial transcription at
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GScid=80969
and a small, inccorrectly noted (wrong city/county)
transcription at
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GScid=1819209&CScn=fort+lincoln&CSst=22&;

Ft. Lincoln is huge and I don't think there is an
entire transcription (definitely not online) or even a
printed one. They might be willing to do a look-up for
you. Their address and phone number are at the top of
our transcription. LDS might have transcribed this
cemetery at one time or another and you might find
films at a local FHC.
