1772, 26 Oct. 1774.To son William Conn, ex., dwelling plantation "Barbados,"
tract Scotland, 205 3/4 acres and residue of estate. To son Hugh Conn,
plantation where he now lives, 150 acres and stock. To son George Conn,
residue of land, he to pay to my dau, Beatrix Rutter, £20 but. if he fail,
land to be sold and money used to pay off mortgage of Dr. David Ross, said
dau. to get £20 and balance of money to above son George Conn, To dau.
Martha Pearce, 10 pounds of feathers. To dau. Mary Veitch, stock. To dau,
Pennellopy Fenly, stock. To grandson George Fenly, stock. To granddau,
