Hello,
My father's side of the family were all from Charles and Pr.
Georges Counties, Md.. The Berrys, and Montgomerys were from Charles Co.,
and the Middletons and Edelens from Pr. Georges Co.. My dad met my mom in
WWII and moved to Alabama and that is where I was raised up. Thus I know
next to nothing about my dad's side of the family and few relatives. I have
never even seen a pic of anyone but one small snapshot of my granddad. Does
anyone out there that are related to the Edelens/Edelins/Edlens/Edlyns by
any chance have any pics or know of the where abouts of any pics of Charles
Jenkins Edelen or his father, Joseph Benidict Edelen?? I would surely love
to see what they looked like. Joseph fought in the War for Southern
Independence. I would surely love to see him in his uniform.
Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
