Dear Queen Anne's County Researchers:
Les and I would just like to pass along to you that we have
completed more Talbot County Rent Rolls and have as well completed two
volumes of the Rent Rolls for Queen Anne's County which we believe to be of
great help for any one doing upper shore research. As well, because the way
in which counties were "begat" the rent rolls for both are helpful to
researchers of both counties and also for those whose ancestors were located
in the upper parts of Caroline County.
As with all previous--these sell for $18.00 each--and below we have listed
some of the surnames to be found in the volumes. We would like you to
know--if you happen to go to our website that we DO have a search engine
installed so that you can search the site by surname if you wish. If you
have any questions--please dont hesitate to give us a holler.

The Queen Anne's County Rent Roll entries appear to have been placed in the
book more along the lines of geographical location in the county than on
chronology of the surveys. The first volume we have abstracted appears to
cover tracts on Kent Island, as well as those along the Wye River, on the
Tuckahoe, the Choptank, and south of the Chester River.
