Is anyone familiar with a society in Queen Anne's County?

I found a phone number online, but no information on their hours our anything.

I'm planning a trip to the area tomorrow (Monday) and was thinking about stopping by if they're open. I've never been to the historical society in QA's or Kent County. I found info about the one in Kent County, but they are closed on Monday.

What type of holdings do they have? I'm looking for marriage info., obits, will info., cemetery records, etc.

Should I just stop in at a courthouse instead (never been there either), or Washington Library. I've been to the library before a few times and they seemed to have a good bit of information as well as a lot of the old newspapers on microfilm.

Any info./suggestions on the best way to spend my time would be appreciated appreciated.
