I'm seeking infromation on family members from the Dames Quarter area of Somerset, Co. J. (John ? or James ?) Franklin Kelly married Anna M. Giles. They had 5 children. William, James, Mary Karutah (aka Kate) and Martha Ellen (aka Ella) who were twins, and Isaac Kelly. I have found them in the 1870 census but Isaac had not been born yet (est. DOB 1870), Franklin was listed as a "waterman". Anna and children are listed in the 1880 census in Baltimore and Anna is listed as "widow". Any information on these families would be helpful. I would also like to know where to locate any records pertaining to them such as birth, death, or real estate records. Where would these records be housed? Thank you in advance for your help in my research.
