I am researching my wife's line. Her paternal grandmother was Marie H. WHITE (b.29 Apr 1895 Somerset Co); ggrandfather was John Hamilton WHITE (b. 11 Dec 1869 Somerset Co.); gggrandfather was William James Carroll WHITE (b. 26 Apr 1846 Somerset Co.).

Marie WHITE m. Lawrence W. MASON (b. 12 Jan 1889) in Baltimore MD and lived there until she was shot and killed in 1921. The killer was named but never found.

I believe that a pretty complete genealogy has been done on the WHITES of Somerset Co; can anybody point me to where I might find that so that I can document that side?

The MASON line is another matter...I cannot find anything beyond George Emmett MASON (b. Abt 1862), father of Lawrence W. Mason. The MASONs were in Baltimore during this time. If anybody has come across any of these MASON names, please let me know!
