I have as follows:

William Walters, b. bef 1740 and d. 1802 in St. Mary's Co. (son of John Walters)
married Ann____ before 1774 (I don't have her maiden name as Shanks--is it?). I
have an Ann Shanks, b. 12/23/1741, is it her? Their children:

1. Eleanor C. Walters, b. 1770-1774 and d. after 1810 who m. first, Luke Barber
and second, William Watts.

2. Ann, b. bef 1779 and d. after 1802 who m. Henry M. Smoot 5/28/1794.

3. Richard Craddock, b. bef 1782 and d. after 1802. Richard and brother Walter
inherited adjoining land in Fauquier Co., VA

4. Walter Bragg, b. bef 1782 and d. after 1802.

5. William Shanks, Jr., b. bef 1782 and d. after 1804.

6. Elizabeth, b. bef 1802

7. John Thomas, b. bef 1802.

1/1803: Ann Walter and William Shanks Walter, Execs. of William Walter.

4/1804: Application of William S. Walter and James A. Callis; the court
appointed William Mills and Jeremiah Alvey to settle and adjust accounts between
William S. Walter as one of the Execs. of William Walter and the said James A.
Callis. I'm not sure how James Callis fits in here.
