Surname: ADAMS, BROWN, ELLIS, HARDING

I am looking for any information on Louis R. Springer (1887-1947)who married
Lena E. Adams (1872-1926). Believe Louis serve as the St Mary's County
Tax Collector and at one time owned what is Russell's Store in Valley Lee.
They lived in Valley Lee area but moved to Baltimore City. Both buried
in New Cathedral Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
