Surname: Dent, Combs

Mary Dent married Louis Phillipe Combs on May 3, 1886 in Leonardtown St.
Mary's County. Louis died Feb. 1897, survived by his wife Mary.

Mary Dent was from St. Mary's County. Looking for her parents names, her
birth place and date.

Does anyone know when and Mary Dent Combs died? Did she and Phillipe Combs
have children?

quotes Beacon newspaper, 5/6/1886:
Lewis, 24 son of Philip (Combs) m. Mary C. Dent ("Mamie")May 9, 1886, dau. of
Thomas Dent at St. Georges (where Lewis P. is buried)

She may be the Mary Dent in 1870 census:
District #2 Gtreat Mills
351/351
Thomas Dent 30 farmer
Ann 27
Susan 7
John 5
Mary 3 (which agrees with marriage age)

This is prob. Thomas Dent who wed Anna Frances Allstan,
but since this isn't my line, I don't know

The Enterprise newspaper 2/27/1897 (col3, p3)
"Lewis Combs died recently, aged abt 35 years. He was sick for sometime with
pneumonia. Son of the late Dr. Ford Combs"
