On application of Robert Watts on behalf of Richard and Susanna Watts
Legatees under will of Susanna Black, Setting forth that no administration is
yet taken on the Estate of the said Susanna Black, and that in consequence
the Legacies Left in the said will may be lost. Ordered that citation issue
against John Attaway Clarke, Ann Chesley and Sarah Watts Executors of the
last will and testament Susana Black to shew cause why administration is not
yet taken on the said Estate, returnable the 2nd Tuesday in December next
Returned Sumd. A11.



Who is Susanna Black and how does she connect to my Richard Watts?
Has anyone seen her will? Robert is the uncle of Richard and Susanna Watts.
