Does anyone have a picture/copy of John LOWE's actual will and not the
calendar as listed below? Can someone obtain such for us?
30 May 1698 - 15 July 1701 Will of John LOWE, St. Marys Co. To wife,
Rebecca, extx. personalty including testators interest in certain
vessels. To daughters: Elizabeth, Alice, Eleanor, personalty. To son,
John, at majority and heirs, Brothers Joint Interest in Prince
Georges Co. In event of his death during minority or without issue, to
revert to wife, Rebecca. To daughter, Rebecca, The Guardian. In
event of her death during minority or without issue to revert to son
John aforesaid.
Testators: Henry Phipps, Robert Mason.
By note attached to afsd. will testator binds his kinsman Marshall Low
to Charles Beckwith for term of 5 years, desiring that he be brought up
a Protestent. Lib. 11, Folio 175.
