Thanks for getting back to me! That's what I originally thought too.
However, there was a (1) ZACHEUS TIPPETT and (2) a ZACHARIAH TIPPETT living
at the same time. Zachariah was the one who married Sophia Tippett. The
reason that it could not have been Zacheus who married Sophia Tippett is
that Sophia Tippett Tippett REMARRIED to Hezekiah Garner in 1808--and
Zacheus Tippett was alive until 1825.

Sophia Tippett Tippett Garner moved with Hezekiah Garner to Ohio--and,
apparently, took her Tippett children with them. I've been in touch with
some of their descendants in Ohio and other parts.

So, it would seem that there must be ANOTHER marriage (which there seems to
be no record of) whereby Zacheus Tippett married SOMEONE.
