Jim, do you have anything other than mld's book to support Elizabeth Meekin and Mary Brown as the wife of James and Martin French, respectively.
My wife has two lines going back to Martin and James and possibly aa gneration back in Ireland; howver, we have not seen any liber and folio; book and page; for documentation to support listing Meekin and Brown. My wife is also a Brown rdescendant and we have lots on Browns.
And, she would love to add a couple of more ancestors.

James' granddau is most likely Mary Peake which P's and L's often appear the same.
