Yes, those names fit. Your Jane Mattingly is brother to the William Mattingly that married Sophia Johnson. I just haven't placed Gertrude Mattingly. I think I am going to have to get her death certificate from the archives to find out once and for all. She was born after the 1880 census, the 1890 was lost, and was married by 1900. Then died young. If I find out the answer, I will post it for future researchers.
