I spent a couple of years on the subject and do not think there is a photo of Zarvona. At St Mary's College there is a copy of the Armstrong book and there are a number of newspaper articles with drawings of him in it. The archives in Baltimore have the cap he wore during the "raid". All descriptions of him I have seen refer to him as slight.
Also I went to his gravesite or marker at Deep Falls and was allowed on the Mattpany site, the home I think did not belong to the Thomas's until after he was born.
