All I remember from elementary school is Lord
Baltimore, Ark & Dove, St. Maries City, Leonardtown -
somewhere down there in St. Mary's Co., and a bunch of
Catholics came really early.

I went to school in Montgomery Co. MD -- where I hope
things have changed since 'way-back-when' in teaching
MD children the history of their own state. At least
my grand-daughter's 4th grade class took a trip to St.
Maries City, saw the ship replica's, went to St.
Clement's Island.
