6/21/1745: Admin. accts. of John Mattingly, SMC. Sureties: John Mattingly,
George Hayden. Distribution to: accountant, 1/3. Residue to (orphans):
John, Ignatius, Richard, Luke, Joseph, Elizabeth, and Susanna Mattingly.
Adm: Grace Johnson, wife of Peter Johnson.

One of these days I promise to open the book before writing, then I could
save the trouble of correcting names shot from the hip.

John Mattingly; believed to be the son of Cezar Mattingly,
even by Msgr Herman E. Mattingly,
married c1715, Grace Brewer, daughter of William and Grace
Brewer. John died circa 1743/4 and Grace second married
Peter Johnson?? and administered estate.
