published scandalous words of the plaintiff; to pay 1 penny damages and

(BDF: the above Court Minutes notes were taken from a 3 x 5 card file at the
Fairfax Court House Archives. Due to limited time I was not able to copy all
Duncan notes. My interest at the time was primarily Blanchflower Duncan. I
do remember there were several note cards on Richard Duncan.)
