It seems that I always wind up as the nay-sayer.
I do not believe there were any children by Joshua Clark and Mary Thompson.

I do not believe they were even married to each other. Yes, there was a
Joshua Clarke and he did have a wife Mary, but not the Thompson stated, if it
was a Thompson.

I believe that Joseph Clarke, son of James, died 1742, married Mary Thompson
that you have married to Joshua. Thomas Thompson was nok to Joseph Clarke,
c1783, in estate papers.

And, I have never seen any documentation for Joshua.
