One place everyone researching the Mason line should check is the Gunston Hall Plantation holdings. They have put quite a bit of George Mason's genealogy online for review.

A word of caution before I give the address... Some of the early work was done without much source notation. I have visited with their librarian/resident historian at the plantation and he has expressed great interest in any and all documentation on the decendents of George Mason (1725-1792), author of the Virginia Declaration of Rights.
