Francine, I'm afraid I can't add anything other than Linda Reno's
telling me that she didn't see any proof of the mg. to a Vowles. I assume that
is still her opinion.
How did you determine which children of James's belonged to which
mother?
Did you get my info on my soon to be published history of the NE
part of Nelson Co.? I'm afraid it doesn't include too many of the St. Mary's
families, since most of them were not in that area. Do have two Prot. families
from St. Mary's in it: Muir and McKay - and a few Catholic families part of
whose place of origin in Md. is not determined or is not St. Mary's: Adams,
Luckett, Elder.
