do we have some approximate dates of birth on David Johnson and wife Belinda
?

and looking at his family it appears to me that some children are older such
as Elizabeth Johnson who married John Baptist Howard. because John Baptist
Howard died about 1802 and his brother James Howard died 1803, which makes
me think they both died abt age 50 or so.


I have John Baptist Howards son as Charles Howard who married Mary Cissell.
This Charles Howard was born abt 1777. Therefore assuming he was the eldest
and I don't know if he was, then John Baptist Howard was probably about 20
years earlier giving him a approximate date of birth of 1757 or thereabouts.
his brother James Howard I have a birth date of 14 April 1752 his eldest son
was the Charles Howard who married Fanny Thompson.

I'm also of the belief that the William Howard who married Ann Clarke is
another brother.


it would also seem to me that David Johnson might have been married twice,
with Elizabeth Johnson who married John Baptist Howard and Mary Howard who
married ? Brown, these seem to be much older.

I'm trying to place approximate dates on these Howard's/ Johnson's which may
help us since the dates of their children do help give us a ball park figure
on approximate dates of their parents.

also it would seem that wherever John Baptist Howard married Elizabeth
Johnson it was probably close to 1777

Ann Johnson Langley has an elder son Charles A. Langley born 1799, so I
place Ann Johnson's date of birth about 1779.

That seems to indicate to me David Johnson was married twice. with older
children having a different mother than younger children.

also what do you think, could it be the Clement Johnson born 1788 could be
the brother of Ann Johnson Langley?

I also have a problem thinking that the Clement Langley who married Sarah
Nolin could be the same one who died in 1821. although I think he is
connected as well I know nothing about him.

We have to keep in mind that these people did not stay in Washington and
Nelson Counties. they moved to grayson and Ohio Counties, KY.

so just because we find no Clement Johnsons after 1821 in the area of Nelson
County, doesn't mean they died in 1821, they may have moved to another
County.

at this point I don't know who the Clement Johnson who died in 1821 was, but
maybe he is of another generation or coming from a brother of David Johnson.
I have no siblings or parents of David Johnson do you?
