hello Gloria... a must have "best resource" for the Joseph Hagan family is: "MARYLAND CATHOLICS ON THE FRONTIER" --The Missouri and Texas Settlements -- by Timothy J. O'Rourke. This book also covers a number of families that married Hagans like Cambron, Tuckers, etc....

Also, its the bible for "Perry County, MO" families.

sounds like we are about 5th cousins thru my Hagan line -- and possibly "double cousins" since i also descend from John Baptist Cambron.
