Smith, Elias, Charles Co., 12 Sep 1749 9 June 1750
To son William Smith, tract in Charles Co., near Benedict Manner and called
"Stony Hills," 99A. If he dies without heirs then to son Richard and if
he should die without heirs then to his brother James.
To wife Violato Smith, lott and houses in Benedict Town, and after her
decease to be sold and money divided among 4 sons: Richard Smith, James,
Middleton and Elias.
